Suzy Miller

Suzy brings over 25 years of commercial and leadership experience to Orbell Family Lawyers, including a decade as a Senior Executive at NAB leading large multisite teams and 15 years running her own leadership consultancy. That combination of corporate scale and hands-on business growth gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to build an organisation that performs well and looks after its people.

Her focus is on operational strategy, leadership development, and workplace culture. As an accredited Level 3 Executive Coach, keynote speaker, and facilitator, Suzy works alongside the leadership team to refine daily operations, grow our leaders, build clear career pathways, and keep communication strong across every office. Her leadership has been recognised nationally, including in the Australian Financial Review and Qantas 100 Women of Influence and as a Business NSW Outstanding Business Leader regional winner and state finalist.

Suzy cares deeply about people and culture, because a team that is genuinely supported and clear in its purpose delivers better outcomes for clients. Outside of work, Suzy leads an active, outdoors life. You will usually find her camping off grid with her family and fur child, or heading to a music festival with friends. She is energised by genuine human connection, a good laugh, and helping the people around her succeed both personally and professionally.
